Recycled Notebooks

Obviously these notebooks are recycled.  I was using used bond papers with my projects or photocopied.  I used the clean side of the paper.  For the cover designs, I used water colors and latex paints.

The Yellow Gumamela

I was using my point and shoot camera which is my Olympus fe-26 digital camera.  I set the camera to macro shots.  I am still a beginner but not bad at all.  I love the result.

About

Who's the Left Handed Artist?

I am Roxanne Tamayo. I am the owner of the sites Simple Yet Rock and Opinions Of A Young Lass. I am working full time online since 2009. When I was a kid I love to draw various things using pencils and crayons as my medium. I use water color during my elementary days and just draw and paint anything what ever is on my mind. I love arts and crafts and learned to recycle things and crocheting. I love photography and I am also wishing to have dslr camera but it's too expensive.

During high school, I wanted to be a fine arts student when I got to college but my father discouraged me to take that course because it is too expensive. Although father saw my talents in arts but he told me that taking fine arts course are for rich kids only. He even asked me after the graduation, what would my life be?

I served this as a hobby and this kind of hobby is very expensive. I even bought watercolors, paintbrushes and other art materials on my own pocket. I even bought my first manual camera worth Php500.00 during high school.

More stories on my blog posts.

Why Left Handed Artist?

Simple, I am left-handed.

Why creating this blog?

On this blog, this is where I will put my frustrations in photography, painting, drawing and other colorful or dark things that I can have in mind. As long as I enjoy of what I am doing.

The Left Handed Artist is the other side of me as an artist. I consider myself as an artist for I love expressing myself on various ways like in music, photography, paintings and among others. Everyone of us is an artist by heart.
